Supplements For Reptiles

The one with the beardie picture is calcium supplement
The one with the gecko is multi vitamins

All you need to do is place your live insects or veges in a plastic bag or cup, add appropriate amount of vitamins or minerals according to the manufacturer’s recommendation. Close the plastic or cup; shake it for few seconds until the insects are covered by the supplements. EASY =)But too much also bad for the reptiles so just moderate amount will keep any reptiles healthy n happy hehe...
I'm using the calcium supp for my Asian Forest Scorpion n Chinese Golden Thread Turtles(Ocadia sinensis) at the moment.
Price Reptical-$9.00
reptivite-$15.00

Chinese Golden Thread Turtles(Ocadia sinensis)

Adults are more normally seen at 8 - 9 inches (20 - 22 cm). This species is found in sub-tropical to tropical climates and does not hibernate.

DIET
2 to 3 times a week for adult turtles and every day or every other day for the rapidly growing hatchlings. Chinese Striped-neck turtles will consume vegetables, greens such as mustard greens, turnip greens, dandelion, spinach, carrots, zucchini and any aquatic vegetation, i.e. duckweed, water lettuce, water hyacinth, etc. In addition to this they enjoy fruit as a part of the diet, pieces of apple, grapes, melon as well as bananas are accepted. They will also consume occasional insects and worms. Hatchlings appear to be somewhat more carnivorous than adults. Many of the commercially prepared turtle diets that exist on the market today are excellent supplemental Chinese Striped-neck turtle food.

Additional calcium supplementation is essential. Powdered calcium can be sprinkled all foods. It is suggested that one use calcium supplemented with vitamin D3 if the animal is being maintained indoors and calcium without D3 if it is outdoors. Provision of a cuttlefish bone, which can be gnawed if desired, is also recommended.

WATER QUALITY
is important. Frequent water changes is advisable to prevent problems.
things needed- invest to a canister filter, heather, anti-chlorine med and some salt for aquariums.

SPACE
The Bigger the tank the better for it=)

*Please note that ALL scorpions have a certain amount of venom. Although most people are not affected by this species, some people may be allergic to the venom, or just more sensitive, making it a dangerous situation. All scorpions should be considered dangerous, so be careful, because you don't want to find out if you are allergic or more sensitive the HARD WAY!(Jon Fouskaris)
